2010 Rate per Night for the Cottage

Low Season - 1 April to 9 June & 11 July to 31 October	ZAR 750.00
Mid Season - 1 Nov to 17 Dec & 05 Jan to 31 March	ZAR 1000.00
Soccer World Cup - 10 June to 10 July 2010	ZAR 1500.00
High Season - 18 December 2010 to 04 January 2011	ZAR 2000.00

Daily cleaning Service is an optional extra on request & not included in these rates

Once weekly cleaning service is included for stays of 10 days or longer

SUPER SAVERS

Mid Season: 2 People staying a week or more for only ZAR800.00 per night

Soccer World Cup: 2 People staying a week or more for only R1200.00 per night

High Season: 2 People staying a week or more for only ZAR1500.00 per night

Please Note: We have a minimum stay of three nights.

Check-in is after 14h00 & check-out is before 10h00

Payments & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit secures the cottage. The balance to be paid after a satisfactory inspection on arrival. A 25% fee will be levied on the total amount for bank & agent's fees on cancellations up to 30 days before arrival.

Deposits are forfeited on cancellations after this date.
